Kc Dorame is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Allure Capital Management. He has worked in the Real Estate Business since 2014 and his multi-faceted experience covers Investment Management, Development, and Brokerage services. The broad depth of his knowledge and his dedication to perfection gives Allure Capital Management the edge required to generate positive long term compounding returns for its clients. His management strategy is centered around pride of ownership, clear consistent communication, and delivering an exceptionally high level of service. Outside of the office he enjoys studying Alternative Investment Strategies and playing polo.

Fransisco Ortiz is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Allure Capital Management. Equipped with over a decade of construction experience, Francisco’s expertise is vital in executing value-added strategies and addressing repair or replacement-related concerns. Growing up on the job site has allowed him to familiarize himself with all trades; and with that knowledge, he is able ensure that projects are completed ahead of schedule and under budget. Outside of the office he enjoys collecting classic cars and breeding horses.

Senior Associate
Connor Martin is a Senior Associate with Allure Capital Management, where he is focused on building the company’s Investment Sales team, as well as playing an integral in the management and direction of the company’s assets and investments. Prior to joining Allure Capital Management, Connor was a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, where he worked as the Senior Financial Analyst to one of Los Angeles’ highest-producing brokerage teams. Connor specifically focused on ground-up development deals and value-add repositioning deals in the Greater Los Angeles region, helping close over $100 million in transactions. Connor also worked on the buy-side of commercial real estate transactions, representing notable clients such as UCLA, Brookfield, Chef Jose Andres, Riot Games, and Onni Group with their investment decisions.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Connor spent three years working in Valuation and Advisory, including two years with CohnReznick LLP in Los Angeles and one year with Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago.
Connor graduated from The Ohio State University in 2017 with a BS in Business Administration with a double specialization in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. Connor received his Real Estate Salespersons license in 2021.

His role encompasses a comprehensive approach to Real Estate transactions, from identifying and securing prime investment opportunities to executing profitable sales. He manages an extensive portfolio of lease agreements, ensuring operational excellence and financial success. “Additionally, he oversees all aspects of property management, maintaining high standards and fostering strong tenant relations. This results in secure long-term revenue streams while enhancing asset value.

Rueben Samz recently joined Allure Capital Management this fall. He currently overseas all aspects of Property Management related to our Southern California Multifamily Portfolio. In addition to his Property Management Duties he has represented multiple sellers in both Acquisitions and Dispositions of Commercial and Residential properties. He prides himself on his solution based thinking, consistency, worth ethic, and “No Days Off” mentality.
